Looks like your upload to unstable is missing a lot of library deps:

$ ldd /usr/bin/svn | grep 'not found'
        libkrb5.so.3 => not found
        libgssapi_krb5.so.2 => not found
        libgssapi_krb5.so.2 => not found
        libkrb5.so.3 => not found
        libk5crypto.so.3 => not found

I suspect this wasn't an issue with the previous version you had in 
experimental.

I'm closing the bug, because libsvn1 doesn't have any direct contact
with libkrb5 in any form.  Its only contact is indirect, via OpenSSL
(which is also indirect), so if there is any upgrade issue to be
considered, it is in libssl0.9.8.
