Bug#516277: FTBFS: Not in scope: `buildVerbose'

Hi, Setup.lhs can be fixed listing buildVerbose in the imports:

-import Distribution.Simple.Setup ( BuildFlags(..) )
+import Distribution.Simple.Setup ( BuildFlags(..), buildVerbose )

But debian/get_version.hs still needs to be fixed.
