Barring any objections, for the time being I just plan to remove the
`ffmpegConvertCurrentFrame' function in ffmpeg_access.c entirely. It
seems that it never gets called anyway; converting a series of images to
a movie never worked for me. I anticipate that the ffmpeg part of the
GNUstep port is not entirely complete.

I'm still trying to get Lynkeos trunk to build and run on GNUstep --
I'll forward all fixes upstream and hopefully they'll get in the 2.6
release. However, this is likely to take some time, so I intend to
proceed as above for the ffmpeg transition in Debian.
