severity 514987 normal thanks I agree that the wording should be made clearer but I don't think this makes this bug RC. We can even argue about whether an upgrade can be called "installation", too. Anyway, it's better to improve the wording, but this shouldn't interfere with the release process. After all the debconf question is there to prevent the overwriting of your configuration.
