Not sure if the bug's in octave-symbolic or octave3.0, please
reassign if this is wrong.
octave-symbolic fails to either remove or purge, and is stuck in
the half-inst state (it was fully installed before). None of the
other packages that provide
/usr/share/octave/packages
are installed.
octave-symbolic's postrm is trying to run this:
