Thanks for developing a patch. Note that according to #393400, if the pike package actually builds the nettle copy and invokes its self tests, you will also need to disable the self-test that uses the RFC text as input. However, that sounds like the wrong approach, instead the pike package should link to the Debian nettle package where this problem has been fixed already.
