Well, since it seems to be in the interest of the upstream author to have this package relicensed and distributed I'd say: add a comment to README.Debian about a changed version in future versions and don't blacklist bibleref. Sure, this isn't exactly correct but I *think* it's in best interest of all, users as well as author. Hauke
