Package: phpbb2
Severity: grave

Hi there.

Unfortunatly phpBB team discontinued support of 2.0.x
Security support would be discontinued at 01.01.2009

So I'm sure, that phpBB2 should not be released with Lenny.

phpBB3 supports upgrade from phpBB2 and supersedes it, so
I suggest to remove it from Lenny and provide dummy upgrade package.

The phpbb2 package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.

For more information about this package's removal, read
http://bugs.debian.org/509620 . That bug might give the reasons why
this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.

Don't hesitate to reply to this mail if you have any question.

Thank you for your contribution to Debian.
