Package: wpasupplicant Version: 0.6.6-1 Severity: critical Justification: breaks unrelated software
/etc/wpa_supplicant/action_wpa.sh does not survive being called with "suspend suspend" as parameter and issue an error in suspend to ram action traced in /var/log/pm-suspend.log. I have no single laptop that can suspend without patching it to correctly accept 2 parameters=> critical bug but easy to fix) -- System Information: Debian Release: 5.0 APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.28-rc9-git2 (SMP w/2 CPU cores; PREEMPT) Locale: lang=fr...@euro, lc_ctype=fr...@euro (charmap=ISO-8859-15) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages wpasupplicant depends on: ii adduser 3.110 add and remove users and groups ii libc6 2.8+20080809-3 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libdbus-1-3 1.2.8-1 simple interprocess messaging syst ii libpcsclite1 1.4.102-1 Middleware to access a smart card ii libreadline5 5.2-3 GNU readline and history libraries ii libssl0.9.8 0.9.8g-14 SSL shared libraries ii lsb-base 3.2-20 Linux Standard Base 3.2 init scrip wpasupplicant recommends no packages.
