Package: procps
Version: 1:3.2.7-3
Severity: serious
Justification: Makes depending packages FTBFS

/var/lib/dpkg/info/procps.shlibs is broken, missing '1:' epochs:

libproc 3.2.7 procps (>= 3.2.7), procps (<< 3.2.8)

The bug is fixed in 1:3.2.7-4, but that version is not part of etch.
