Hi, although this are printed as errors (from cpp) they don't prevent the corresponding modules to be built. As you can see when building the introspection data for Gtk/babl all .h files are included (*.h) but some can only be included indirectly. These are ignored at a later stage then. It'd be a bit more beautiful if only the relevant .h files would be included though
