Hello folks,

While reading this long bug log about portmap including unlicensed
material originating from Sun, I get the feeling that:

- Sun would very probably not strongly object to a clarification of
the license of the offending material

- that might take time to sort out.

In order to keep having this bug blocking the release of lenny just
because legal stuff is hard to deal with, could it be possible to
consider tagging the bug as "lenny-ignore" and just make sure that we
will not have to tag it "squeeze-ignore" in two years?

Alternatively, Simon, could you followup on Aurélien's clarifications
in http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=424957#172

I think he made it clear what is needed and (personal comment) I have
deep confidence in the fact that you can help sorting out the issue..:-)

I've noted those clarifications and I believe we have the matter in hand. I strongly believe we will be able to resolve the matter, although I agree with you that it may well be hard to do so on a timescale that does not block lenny and thus (for what it's worth from an outsider) I agree with your proposal.
