Thanks for the patch. My current plan is to upload a new wbxml2_0.9.2-7 to unstable targetted for lenny/5.0 and reverting the patch 08-maxsize-translation-table.patch from the last upload (which is not yet in lenny/5.0). Rationale for this is that 08-maxsize-translation-table.patch would also needed to be acked by the release team, but (as I understand it) is not a critical patch. So we would essentially just have 09-devinf-doctype.patch to get acked. A new upstream release including 08-maxsize-translation-table.patch will then hopefully soon get uploaded to unstable. If you believe that 08-maxsize-translation-table.patch is indeed critical (or very important) as well, and can write up some rationale for it, I will try to get both acked for lenny/5.0.
