I can no longer reproduce the bug with aptitude-run-state-bundle. But I don't know if the problem has been fixed or if due to some unrelated changes, I cannot reproduce it in the same way. Anyway, since February, I haven't had any such problem with aptitude. So, I think the bug can be closed.
