Package: flashplugin-nonfree Version: 1:1.7.2+fp10.20080811 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
I upgraded from the version of the package in unstable to the version in experimental, and Flash would no longer work. The symlink in /etc/alternatives/flash-mozilla.so pointes to /usr/lib/nspluginwrapper/plugins/npwrapper.libflashplayer.so but that file does not exist; in fact, /usr/lib/nspluginwrapper/plugins is empty! Thinking this may be a reoccurance of the other alternatives-related bug, I ran 'update-alternatives --config flash-mozilla.so', but this fails with the error, 'There is no program which provides flash-mozilla.so'.
