ID_FS_USAGE on sdaX isn't important. The real problem is that ID_FS_USAGE is
missing from sda and sdb.
Removing ENV{ID_FS_USAGE}=="raid" from 85_dmraid.rules should fix your issue,
but I don't understand why in your setup this value is missing.
