Bug#497324: Only dependency on cython was needed

Hi Thomas!

setup.py  builds  lxml.etree.c   and  lxml.objectify.c  when  cython  is
present. Therefore, only the  dependency with cython was necessary (plus
the cleaning rule).  Moreover, cython is a replacement  for pyrex so the
dependency on pyrex is not necessary.

I don't think this warrant another upload though.
