Package: libparams-check-perl Version: 0.26-2 Severity: serious Justification: unnecessary code duplication
Params::Check has been integrated into the Perl core as of 5.10.0, and the separate libparams-check-perl package currently contains the same version as perl-modules. As perl-modules Provides:libparams-check-perl and there are no versioned dependencies on it in the archive, there's no reason to ship a separate libparams-check-perl package in lenny. Given the slow pace of upstream development, I don't think there's a real need for having this package at all anymore. Removing it from unstable is probably the best option.
