I have ogg vorbis sound files with "date" tags, e.g.
date=1936-02-24
When I edit the tags with easytag, "1945" is shown as "year",
the complete date is not shown. After saving changes, the
original date information is destroyed without any warning!

IMHO, easytag should at least warn the user, that it will
destroy (maybe valuable) information!
Another example for the destructive behaviour of easytag:
A ogg vorbis file with two genre tags:
genre=Tango
genre=Milonga
This is shown as "Tango - Milonga" in easytag, but unfortunately
also saved in that format:
