Hello Mike, About these messages: - Mon, 01 Sep 2008 12:17:54 +0100 - Thu, 04 Sep 2008 02:27:31 +0100 - Thu, 04 Sep 2008 12:09:27 +0100 - Thu, 04 Sep 2008 10:31:01 +0100
The message "Thu, 04 Sep 2008 02:27:31 +0100" states that "1:1.7.2 is broken". Did you mean that the exact(!) same problem happens with version 1:1.7.2 as described for version 1:1.7.1 in the message with "Mon, 01 Sep 2008 12:17:54 +0100" ? According to the message "Thu, 04 Sep 2008 02:27:31 +0100" you use amd64. The message "Thu, 04 Sep 2008 12:09:27 +0100" states "flash-mozilla.so - status is manual". Any idea how that became "manual" ? The initial status for lenny (using the network installer) is "auto". The message "Thu, 04 Sep 2008 12:09:27 +0100" states that "link currently points to /usr/lib/flashplugin-nonfree/libflashplayer.so". That is not good on amd64, and I guess that this is some leftover from previous actions. Making the status "auto" should solve that. Can you confirm that "update-alternatives --auto flash-mozilla.so" solves the problem for you ? The message "Thu, 04 Sep 2008 10:31:01 +0100" seems to be the same as the message "Thu, 04 Sep 2008 12:09:27 +0100", so that's processed. Have I processed all your input, or have I overlooked something ? Regards, Bart Martens -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
