I can't reproduce the problem, no matter which PAM version I have installed (0.99.7 or 1.0.1). You are referring to the password prompt that screen shows upon resumption of a screen session that has been locked with the 'lockscreen' command, right? I can't come up with any good guesses how this could happen to you... just to make sure that we're talking about the same thing, could you give me a detailed list of actions to reproduce that behaviour and tell me if you made any substantial changes to relevant files (/etc/pam.d/*, any personal or system-wide screenrc settings etc.)?
