The only one that fails upgrades is gs-common. I found 14 packages whose 'old-prerm upgrade' fails, but 'new-prerm failed-upgrade' succeeds. So the critical severity seems to boil down to a bug in gs-common, which I just filed as #495703, and the "debsums problem". Henning, can you dig out more detail of the circumstances where the debsums invocation fails? It sounds strange that apt would call DPkg::Post-Invoke while packages are unpacked but not configured. Is it possible that it only happens when the upgrade is interrupted because of some other errors? For the sake of completeness, the defoma packages surviving 'new-prerm failed-upgrade' are: fontconfig grace6 gsfonts libpango1 libwmf0 psfontmgr ttf-kochi-gothic ttf-kochi-mincho ttf-sazanami-gothic ttf-sazanami-mincho ttf-vlgothic vflib3 xdvik-ja x-ttcidfont-conf -- Niko Tyni [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
