Removing flashplugin-nonfree, I was able to run it, at least on some flash animations embeded in some web pages. I guess a conflicts may be usefull (unless an alternative is setup). Will try and test with more recent flashplayer-mozilla from debian-multimedia to check if there's some conflicting coexistence of swfdec-mozilla and flashplayer-mozilla too.
