Howdy, According to the build log at
http://people.debian.org/~lucas/logs/2008/07/10/gmyth-upnp_0.7.1-1_lsid32.buildlog.gz the build used libupnp4-dev 1.8.0~cvs20080628-1, which (as far as I can tell from libupnp's changelog) was incorrectly uploaded. It's been removed and libupnp3-dev has been reuploaded.
