It looks like the maintainer since has switched email addresses, as the domain masqmail.cx is not working anymore. I'm cc'ing him on his @debian.org address, and noting the issue for further tracking in case nothing happens. I'm sorry it took a while to notice, typically a mailinglist like debian-qa@lists.debian.org yields better response times.
