OK, note that latex-ucs-contrib (from the same source) has the same problem, and I could purge these packages after removing the mktexlsr command from the postrm scripts. Concerning "apt-get -f install", yes, it seems that the problem comes from Recommends and I've reported another bug against apt (#489896) on this subject.
