I also got the driver mismatch problem. It turns out that in lenny, virtualbox-ose is version 1.6.2-dfsg-1. However, lenny virtualbox-ose-modules is version 2.6.24+1.5.6-dfsg-6 Upgrading to 2.6.25 (available in sid) should solve the problem since it has the 1.6.2 version modules.
