Well the thing is in a system with only xulrunner it misses the libxul.so
but i've installed xulrunner-dev in the system a voila
    libxul.so => /usr/lib/xulrunner-devel-1.9/bin/libxul.so (0xb738b000)
    libxpcom.so => /usr/lib/xulrunner-devel-1.9/bin/libxpcom.so (0xb7386000)
Works....

Is this suppose to happen?

Should i really Depend on xulrunner-dev ?
