You previously reported bugs in the rt2570 and rt73 drivers: #453148: rt2570-source: module rt2570 don t work with kernel 2.6.22-3-686 #451863: rt2570: issuing a "iwlist scan" causes a kernel crash #462687: rt73-modules-2.6.22-3-686: Rsyncing files from machine causes kernel panic.
I have just uploaded new packages of both these drivers to unstable which may fix these bugs (although they will never be good Linux drivers). Please test these new packages. Also, as you may be aware, Linux 2.6.24 added the rewritten rt2x00 drivers which should replace these, though they may not work quite as well yet.
