Thanks for your solution, but i googled it a bit more and found a pathc on the nvidia official site. Using the IGNORE_XEN_PRESENCE=1 before launching the nvidia installer it works fine. Only thing is this solutions does not use a debian package, wich is sad :( I recently downgraded my kernel due to sound problems, and won't try your fix anytime soon, sorry. but really, thanks for your help :)
