Package: qc-usb-source
Version: 0.6.6-5
Severity: critical
Justification: breaks the whole system

When I try to capture using a program such as webcam-server, I don't
get any image. Even worst, when I kill webcam-server, I get a kernel
oops and need to reboot my system.
