argh!, you are right, it is the gaim-encryption-plugin that causes this problem and the warning about incompatible versions between gaim/gaim-encryption has just been removed in some recent upload. Now we know what it was good for... gaim -n Gaim has segfaulted and attempted to dump a core file. This is a bug in the software and has happened through no fault of your own. It is possible that this bug is already fixed in CVS.
