Strange, but not, first: libaspell-dev should be pulled by libgtkspell-dev [0] which is already in Build-Depends, but this may be caused by an old version of libgtkspell-dev on your builder. Second: adding libaspell-dev explicitly doesn't fixes the bug either, but changes it to a linkage problem, so I'm suspecting a bug on libaspell rather than sylpheed.
