http://nvd.nist.gov/cpe.cfm?cvename=CVE-2007-2930 this issue applies to BIND 8.4.7 and earlier, so I don't think it should be assigned to bind9. According to http://www.isc.org/index.pl?/sw/bind/bind8-eol.php the patch at ftp://ftp.isc.org/isc/bind8/src/8.4.7-P1/ addresses this issue.
