is there any reason why acpid now depends on sysv-rc? I did not notice
any problems using it with file-rc before. Mentioning such change in
ChangeLog would be also welcome.
Also Vcs-* does not seem to point to current location, so there is also
not possible to find out actual reason for adding this dependency.
