sbuild, used by the autobuilders.  See #281785: gtk-doc: Fails to
build under sbuild.  openjade gets dragged in by apt-get, /after/
sbuild made sure the Build-Conflicts were not installed.  Your
docbook-dsssl Build-Dep lists openjade as more preferable to jade, and
since it hasn't yet seen you're installing jade, it installs openjade
as well.  After package installation, it finds the Build-Conflicts are
no longer satisfied.
