Does this problem happen only with LANG=ru_RU.UTF-8, or also with other locales like de_DE.UTF-8 on your system? is keepassx the only affected application, or do other applications on your system produce a similar behaviour? In any case, please provide a full backtrace as attachment to this bug, so that we can see where keepassx crashed. You'll need to recompile the package with the environment variable 'DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=noopt'. Then please use gdb to obtain a backtrace.
