ctypes 1.0.2-5 no longer builds from source on amd64.  When I try to
build it, I get the same error as is present at
<http://buildd.debian.org/fetch.cgi?&pkg=ctypes&ver=1.0.2-5&arch=amd64&stamp=1209978653&file=log>.
