Hi Jay,

This package is currently blocked on xalan, which hasn't yet been updated.
That maintainer looks like he's not around, or at least he's not made any
upload or post to Debian lists in quite a while and xalan has already been
NMU'd twice.

I think I can sneak opensaml and shibboleth-sp uploads past the problem,
so I'll try to fix those at least, although they'll need additional
uploads when I can finally upload xml-security-c since it has a new
upstream release with a new SONAME.

I don't have a lot of time to do the NMU for xalan that's probably going
to be required; if you have a chance, you may want to consider that one.
