Hi Lucas, I think xml2man needs to tr_TR.UTF-8 locale to run properly. I'll contact to package author. Normally this is an architecture independent package and contains only man pages.
But, package author uses a special build process and man pages compiled from xml sources, xml2man.c => xml2man required only generating man pages. I wrote about this problem to package author.
