There wasn't any reason to upload for that, and specially not a reason to change the build dependencies. You should just have asked the release team to reschedule the packages on the arches that didn't already do so, and close this bug without version. It wasn't a bug in this package. There is also no reason to change the urgency since this bug does not affect testing.
