This is a bug in the ipv6calc upstream build system that was unearthed
by dpkg-dev 1.14.17: dpkg-buildpackage now sets CFLAGS in the environment,
so make passes it to recursive invocations as well.

The bug is in the top level Makefile, which sets CFLAGS to "-O2 -Wall
-g -I"; earlier the setting was ignored altogether because nothing is
actually compiled on the top level.

I'll upload a fix and inform upstream probably tonight.

Cheers,
