Package: kwiki
Version: 0.36-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

# apt-get install kwiki
[...]
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
kwiki: Depends: libkwiki-perl (>= 0.36-2) but it is not installable
E: Broken packages

I think the subject together with the given error message tells the
whole story. I didn't check if libkwiki-perl is in the NEW queue, but as
kwiki 0.36-1 is several months old according to the changelog, I thing
this calls for a Severity: grave bug report.
