But I'm afraid I should verify something necessary.
First of all, I think if you installed ttf-mathematica4.1-2
(not -3!) with not accepting the license, I suspect the font 
should be installed (due to my severe mistake!) under 
/usr/share/fonts/truetype/mathml/

I don't understand why a system was in this situation.

With ttf-mathematica4.1-3 installation should stop
at the time a user refused to accept the license and
the above situation would not happen.

However, I should add some code to fix old version's mistake.
If I misunderstand something, please enlighten me.
