Well, it seems to build the files as *.htm instead of *.html (the files
themselves appear to build correctly, though).  So this would be a
change or two in debian/rules, or a more thorough investigation of what
changed behavior out from under you.  As a temporary fix, I suppose
changing .html to .htm at debian/rules:81 would take care of it.

I see plenty of errors and warning in build.log, but don't know tex and
friends well enough to say anything helpful about them.  I am happy to
make it available to you, but I assume you are seeing roughly the same
thing.
