What do you mean with "last upgrade"? Last qingy upload is dated back to december 2007, four months ago. I tried to reproduce this bug on a couple of sid/unstable machines but I wasn't able. Can you provide step-by-step instructions? X started/was launched from the first virtual console (tty1)? X was started by qingy or by some other login manager? (xdm, wdm, etc) Are you using closed source X drivers? (eg, nvidia ones) Can you provide your inittab? ciao Riccardo
