Bug#471968: sieve-connect and Dovecot

The sieve RFC does not specify a remote protocol for managing sieves, but there is an I-D that specified such a protocol. According to that I-D[0], the response is:

    response-oknobye      = ("OK" / "NO" / "BYE") [SP "(" resp-code ")"]
                            [SP string] CRLF

So Dovecot is correct in sending "Dovecot ready." Hence sieve-connect should be fixed.
