Thanks for the bug report. Could you please specify in more details what is wrong? The 0.6.0-10 version fixed exactly the problem you are reporting, so as far as I know, all is fine now with python-scipy. According to the build logs: http://buildd.debian.org/pkg.cgi?pkg=python-scipy It builds just fine on all architectures where the actual built has occured.
