Package: reportbug Version: 3.31 Followup-For: Bug #450674 I too was attempting to paste some seemingly b0ked utf8, found this bug#, and had a thought. Until there's a better way to sanitize the input, can you trap the error? Possibly explain why the subject threw python for a loop, and ask the user to try again with a less utf8ish subject etc.
