Justification: FTBFS on mips

Hi,

During a rebuild of a part of the archive in sid, your package failed to
build on mips.

Relevant part:

 > dpkg-source: building lprng-doc in lprng-doc_3.8.A~rc2-1.dsc
 > debian/rules build
 > dh_testdir
 > # Add here commands to configure the package.
 > ./configure
 > Could not find modular/html/docbook.dsl.
 > Please add DOCBOOK=/path to your configure call.
 > make: *** [Makefile] Error 1
 > dpkg-buildpackage: failure: debian/rules build gave error exit status 2

The full build log is available from:
        http://people.debian.org/~lucas/logs/2008/01/29

A list of current common problems and possible solutions is available at
http://wiki.debian.org/qa.debian.org/FTBFS . You're welcome to contribute!

About the archive rebuild: The rebuild was done on about 10 AMD64 nodes
of the Grid'5000 platform, running QEMU to emulate a MIPS machine and
using a clean chroot containing a sid mips environment. Internet was
not accessible from the build systems.
